Payment 

 

Payment due immediately upon receipt. Preferred payment method is PAYPAL. Credit, debit and gift cards are also accepted. Cancellations must be received within 24 hrs of purchase confirmation. Cancellation requests beyond 24 hrs will be considered on an individual basis and decided accordingly. 

 

Shipping

 

Orders ship within 3 business days. Free shipping, insurance & tracking info are included for orders delivering within continental US via US Postal Service.

Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico S&H fees will be a minimum of $5.00. Service upgrades available upon request for an additional fee to be determined.

Returns & Refunds

 

Non-refundable: personal use items i.e. jewelry, hairpins etc. Except for insured items damaged in transit. *Please see Insurance notes under 'Additional Information' below*Full refunds: available for all order cancellations within 24 hrs of confirmation. Returns: applies only to items *not* for personal use or adornment. Such as pottery, paintings, paper products etc. & will be at customer's own expense. Store credit minus all applicable fees and taxes, will be applied upon inspection of returned item(s). Credit automatically expires 30 days after store credit approval. Special refund requests due to unusual circumstances will be considered and determined on an individual basis.
